Terms and Conditions
1.General
All orders are subject to the following terms proposed by BozaBozaHK, unless otherwise agreed in writing by "BozaBoza HK". (The following name will be “BozaBoza HK” to represent the full name of “Differ Commercial Products Supply Center”)
2. Conditions of sale
All sales are subject to the conditions of sale of goods entered into by “BozaBoza HK”.
3.Customer satisfaction
If the customer does not raise any objection after reading the terms of this contract, he will be deemed to have accepted and satisfied all the terms of the contract.
4. Price
4.1 The sales price of "BozaBoza HK" may change with market changes without prior notice.
4.2 "BozaBoza HK" reserves the right to revise the online prices of goods due to promotion or stock availability.
4.3 The sales price of all "BozaBoza HK" products will be affected by exchange rates and transportation costs in different places, and the resulting costs will be borne by the customer, unless "Included" is noted.
4.4 "BozaBoza HK" will try its best to provide various charging information, but if additional duties are charged due to customs requirements, the resulting costs will be borne by the customer, unless "Included" is noted.
4.5 If the overseas supplier increases the price of the goods, "BozaBoza HK" has the right to revise the selling price of the goods, unless it is marked "already included".
5.Delivery
5.1 "BozaBoza HK" will try its best to find reliable logistics providers. The delivery time is estimated by "BozaBoza HK" and will try its best to deliver it to the customer within the estimated time. However, if it is delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances, "BozaBoza HK" will not be responsible for the resulting losses.
5.2 After "BozaBoza HK" delivers the goods, the subsequent deposit and withdrawal of the goods will be borne by the customer at this time.
5.3 If the goods need to be delivered to multiple different addresses, additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
5.4 The shipping charges on the "BozaBoza HK" website are calculated based on each item not exceeding 1 kilogram. If the package exceeds 1 kilogram, additional costs will be borne by the customer.
6. End users
The products sold by "BozaBoza HK" are all products with high compatibility. Customers should carefully consider whether the products are suitable before making a decision. "BozaBoza HK" will not be responsible for the resulting losses.
7.Mutation
After the customer receives the goods and finds that the goods are different from those shown in the online photos or from the description, he needs to notify "BozaBoza HK" by email and obtain the consent of "BozaBoza HK". Otherwise, the customer cannot return or exchange the goods.
8. Damage, loss in storage or transportation
"BozaBoza HK" does not assume any responsibility for any damage or loss of goods during transportation, but does not include the following situations:
8.1 After receiving the goods and related manifests, the customer shall immediately notify "BozaBoza HK" of the damage or loss of the goods by email.
8.2 If the customer still fails to receive the goods within the estimated delivery date, please contact "BozaBoza HK" as soon as possible.
9.Defects
"BozaBoza HK" will be committed to providing high-quality goods to customers and guaranteeing the return or exchange of goods with manufacturing defects. However, it does not mean that it will bear all direct or indirect consequences caused by improper use by customers.
10. Responsibility
Customers should clearly understand whether the goods they purchase can be legally used in the country. "BozaBoza HK" will not be responsible for losses caused by penalties from local governments or violations of rules.
11. Limits of items
Each product has a limited usage rate (for example, the button on the product may only provide a maximum of 10,000 uses, and it will be inconvenient to use after that). If customers have this consideration, they should inquire before purchasing. " BozaBoza HK" will not accept any form of subsequent claims or bear any resulting losses.
12. Natural and man-made disasters
"BozaBoza HK" will not be responsible for any delays in delivery or loss of goods caused by any unreasonable and uncontrollable natural disasters or man-made disasters, such as fires, floods, explosions, riots, mutinies, civil commotions, wars, rebellions or government injunctions, etc. All losses caused by this.
13. Termination of service
In the following circumstances, "BozaBoza HK" has the right to unilaterally terminate the goods sales service contract and notify the customer by email, and will not be responsible for any resulting losses:-
13.1 Failure to comply with any of the above conditions; or
13.2 No payment has been collected
14. Promotional activities
All discounts and promotions are only available while stocks last.
